I am a research driven UX designer who combines empathy with systems thinking to address complex human challenges. I begin with deep qualitative and quantitative research to uncover overlooked frustrations, then translate insights into structured, emotionally aware digital solutions. My goal is to design experiences that are not only functional, but trustworthy and sustainable in the long term.
